AdCamo isn’t winning me over.

I am ever on the lookout for new avenues to monetize my sites and today I came across a not so new method. The company is called AdCamo and it has been qualified as the first background advertising network. However, large websites such as PerezHilton.com and MySpace have been using equivalent methods for some time now. However they typically advertise for well funded brands such as movies and TV shows. Not up until has then form of advertising been available to any joe-shmoe with a dot com.

Promote your website, blog or business by Lifecasting

So you’re registered and active on all the social bookmarking websites like Digg, StumbleUpon, Reddit, Propeller and you’re pumping out quality content. Yet, your website stats still aren’t quite up to your expectations. What ever will you do?!?!?! Well there’s always the option of buying advertising but then again you’re a small company and haven’t really gotten to that stage yet. How about you stand in the middle of Time Square in your skippies and play the guitar? Maybe not, you could catch a cold.
